We have spent ($)hours communicating with "Miva" and "LinkPoint" about the ERROR MESSAGE: Unable to authorize payment: CC-2501:"Unable to connect to SSL Server" our valued customers get while trying to complete their credit card transaction through the Miva Cart on http://www.countryrosesoap.com

We are familiar with this issue and know how to resolve it. Listen carefully; somebody@westhost needs to reset the security blocking system within the Miva shoppingcart so that we stop loosing our valued customers and vital revenue!

Again, we request that someone@westhost??? flick the switch!!!

That's all there is to solving this problem? I've been dealing with this for over a week - ever since our shopping cart magically reappeared.

I've submitted a request, but all I got was a ticket number - no real response addressing the issue.

We, too, would LOVE to see this fixed.
