Multiple Domains - email address

If I have mulitple domains pointed to one account can I use the e-mail address of all the domains or just the main account?

Each e-mail username will capture e-mail sent to any of the domains you have pointed. So mail sent to sales@domain1.com and sales@domain2.com will go to the same mailbox.
