How soon after a new account is created does webalizer typically become available and does Westhost offer a counter script for placement on a site?

webalizer is available the day after you enable it in the control panel.

I don't know about the counter script.

Once you add the counter script via the control panel you can access it immediately and get the setup instructions with the following URL.

http://yourdomain.com/counter/

Make sure you replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.
