Chatroom Program?

I have been using phpMyChat on the WestHost server, but I am looking for something a little more advanced--with more options (read: bells and whistles). Can anyone give me a suggestion? I would be willing to pay for a good program.

I know that WestHost uses Live Person, its a 3rd party script, but from what I can see, they have a really nice feature set, Unfortunately IRC is not acceptable on the WestHost servers else you could just use something like a php to irc interface, but IRC is very "talky" and causes lots of latency on networks.
