Jomla prblems need help

hello guys i have a joomla and i experience some problems
you see im creating a menu list on my dmv sites
i got all the necessary need to make a menus infact i have created so many already and when im closed to finish doing it those menus i put wont load in to my homepage. what seems to be the problem there? and it says "you cant view these you need to login" that thing and im also login in it...

can someone help me out here please
